There is no difference in pay between men and women at Apleona HSG

The Federal Gender Equality Act (GlG) stipulates that all companies with 100 or more employees must comply with equal pay for men and women. A tolerance threshold of 5% applies.

With the self-testing tool Logib, provided by the federal government for this purpose, Apleona HSG AG has reviewed the wages with regard to this law.

We are pleased that we have already fully implemented the Federal Council's goal of equal pay and are even one step further: Based on the analysis, Apleona HSG AG already fulfils a 100% equal pay policy without a tolerance threshold between women and men.
